In year 1952, Tilak Bhawan was originated in the form of Mahatma Gandhi Balika Vidhyalaya. In 1992 Mahatma Gandhi Seva Sangh was merged in Mahatma Gandhi Seva and Shikshan Santhan.
Mahatma Gandhi Montessory School was originally established in 1978 under the banner of Mahatma Gandhi Seva Sangh, a powerful body. Apart from a Degree College, Inter College, Senior Secondary School Dholpura, English Medium Junior High School S.N. Road, Shishu Mandir, Tilak Bhawan are also running under the same.
In 2008 Mahatma Gandhi English Medium Junior High School (affiliated to Anglo Indian Board) was established from Mahatma Gandhi Montessory School.
